Sales / Data Entry Specialist
Overview
Supports sales operations by accurately managing customer information, pricing, quoting, and order data. Ensures data integrity and smooth coordination between sales, finance, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and maintain customer records, quotes, and sales orders
- Validate part numbers, pricing, and order documentation for accuracy
- Track order status and support internal reporting
- Coordinate with operations and finance to support on-time fulfillment
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and proprietary information
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and CRM/ERP tools (or ability to learn quickly)
- Clear communication and strong follow-through
Warehouse Forklift Operator
Overview
Safely operates forklifts and material handling equipment to support warehousing, production staging, and shipping/receiving activities in an aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklift and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load/unload deliveries and move materials to designated locations
- Stage materials for production and outbound shipments
- Perform daily forklift inspections and report maintenance issues
- Follow safety, quality, and handling requirements for aerospace materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Forklift experience and strong safety practices
- Ability to lift/move materials in a warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and teamwork mindset
Warehouse Specialist
Overview
Supports aerospace operations by managing receiving, inventory accuracy, storage organization, kitting, and material flow to production and shipping.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
- Pick, kit, and stage materials for production
- Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy
- Prepare outbound shipments and maintain documentation
- Ensure sensitive/controlled items are handled and stored appropriately
Preferred Qualifications
- Warehouse/inventory experience (aerospace a plus)
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with inventory/ERP systems (or learning them)
